Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment please call Healing Wings at 0425391013 or send a text message to 0425 391 013 at least 24 hours before the booked time. Your massage appointment is reserved especially for you. No-shows, last minute cancellations, less than 24hr notice or missed appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full rate. We realise that sometimes a sudden illness or emergency can prevent you from giving sufficient notice of cancellation. In such instances, please inform us and we will make every effort to mitigate the charges. Please understand that we are a small business and cancellation fees are used to compensate your therapist for her time. Due to the potentially significant financial impact of cancellations our policy must be enforced in all cases other than valid emergencies. NO CANCELLATION for courses after you have booked and paid for it. However, you can reschedule it.
