Before the massage begins, a full and detailed case history is taken to assess and decide the techniques to use during the massage. Remedial massage is useful to treat different muscles issues. It helps to alleviate tension, to improve circulation, and to relax tired muscles. Remedial massage can stimulate the blood supply, make joints more mobile, and help to repair damaged tissues. This may help to improve problems such as chronic pain, sciatica, lower back pain, headaches, neck and shoulder pain, RSI, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, sport injuries, anxiety and insomnia.

What is Emotional Freedom Technique? Emotional Freedom Techniques or EFT, known also as Tapping, is a powerful energetic tool that combines mind-body medicine and traditional acupuncture principles. EFT helps to release blockages within the energy system, which may have caused emotional, mental and/or physical issues.
EFT is based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture as well as on the concept that mind and body can affect a person’s health. The Meridians are a system of energy circuits that run throughout the body. Similar to acupuncture EFT helps to dissolve blockages in the energy system bringing back energetic balance. However, EFT doesn’t use needles, but fingertips to tap on specific meridian points in the body, while voicing positive affirmations.
