Combining remedial massage and Reiki in one session produces positive results as they complement each other. According to traditional teachings, Reiki facilitates the release of trapped energy that has created energetic blockages and physical tension. This process activates and balances the Chakras, promotes the development of self-awareness and brings mind-body relaxation. People who receive Reiki often report sleeping better, feeling more relaxed and able to focus for longer. They also experience a deep connection with the self and a profound understanding of the mind-body link. Reiki is gentle and non-invasive. Each session is unique, always uplifting and calming. Often clients who have received a treatments, embark on my Reiki trainings as they want to find a more personal understanding of their spiritual side. Reiki works through us and using its energy is one of the most empowering experiences we can ever have. A Reiki session involves the channelling of the "universal life energy"  in the Chakras, which may help to become more aware of yourself & your true potential. Remedial Massage is a therapeutic treatment aimed to relax back, neck & shoulders.
All sessions are unique and always different as your energy constantly changes. The session includes 30 minute Remedial Massage + 30 minute Reiki for a total of 60 minutes.
