What are your opening hours?

Wednesday - Friday  - 8:00am-6:00pm

Saturday 9:00am- 12:00pm (alternate Saturdays).

By Appointment only. Please call or email us to book your session. At times, we might be unable to answer the phone, please leave your name & telephone number and we will return your call ASAP.

Is a health fund rebate available?

Health Funds Rebates may be available for Remedial & Aromatherapy Massage. Please contact your Health Fund if you are not sure about the rebate. 

How do I book an appointment? 

Please call us at 0425391013 or send us an email at stefania@healingwings.com.au to book your appointment.  Healing Wings is a busy clinic and at times spaces may be limited. We recommend booking appointments days in advance to avoid disappointments. Please note that by booking an appointment with Healing Wings you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.

Do you have and appointment reminder system?

Healing Wings has a text message system to remind clients of their appointments and to confirm or cancel it the day before. After receiving the text message, clients are asked to confirm or cancel the appointment ASAP. Each person is individually responsible for keeping their appointment or giving sufficient cancellation notice.

What if I need to cancel my appointment? 

If you need to cancel your appointment please call Healing Wings at 0425391013 or send a text message to 0425 391 013 at least 24 hours before the booked time. Your massage appointment is reserved especially for you. No-shows, last minute cancellations, less than 24hr notice or missed appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the full rate. We realise that sometimes a sudden illness or emergency can prevent you from giving sufficient notice of cancellation. In such instances, please inform us and we will make every effort to mitigate the charges. Please understand that we are a small business and cancellation fees are used to compensate your therapist for her time. Due to the potentially significant financial impact of cancellations our policy must be enforced in all cases other than valid emergencies.

What time should I arrive for my appointment?

We ask that you arrive 5-10 mins early for your first appointment and 5 mins early for subsequent appointments. Healing Wings has an appointment system that helps both the therapist and the client. If a client is late for the appointment, it will cause all the other sessions to run late. As a courtesy to the next scheduled appointment, the session will be shorter for the client that has been late but the fee will remain the same as per the booking. We fully understand that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We will always do our very best to accommodate late arrivals by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving too late to perform the scheduled service will result in full charges (or equivalent deductions from gift vouchers). For this reason we recommend that you plan ahead for your visit to Healing Wings.

We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard & Debit card payments.
